Tops, Tanks and Sweater Vests

The brand keeps tops and vests in one department, and that grouping is right: both are the layer worn under a cardigan or on its own in summer, and both are cut closer than the pullovers.

Sweater vests are the piece that changed most in the last few years. Here they run from a plain ribbed shell to argyle and fringe, and the sleeveless cut means the knit shows the shoulder line rather than hiding it.

Crop tops in this range end at or just above the waistband. Read the length line before you buy: a cropped knit over high-waisted jeans is a considered outfit, and the same top over mid-rise trousers is a gap.

These are knits, not jersey. A ribbed tank holds its shape and shows what is under it, and none of these tops are opaque enough to work without something underneath in a bright room.
